Intro to Woodworking

Interested in using a well-equipped wood shop to make your own projects....but you don't have one? This is the class for you!

During this summer opportunity makers will be able to work directly with woodworking professional and local teacher Steve Foutty to learn all the shop equipment while on a journey to complete a woodworking project. Equipment you will learn to use includes: planer, scroll saw, sander, table saw, etc. Once you complete this course, you will be prepared to become a member and work independently in the Makerspace wood shop. 

COST: $50 for 3 full sessions in the wood shop, includes materials

This class meets three weeks in a row on Sunday afternoon.
